The National
Mortgage Lender Training School is the only curriculum based training
program in the country. This philosophy benefits sponsors and
students. Since 1992, we have developed a proven curriculum and have
trained nearly 21,000 lenders nationally.
Our program is not
for everyone. It is not a seminar, an introductory class, or an
unsupervised learning event. It requires a commitment on the part of
the employer-sponsor and the student. Those who commit to this
program, and are capable of meeting the rigorous demands, progress into
the ranks of the highest level of career performance within a short period
of time.
Curriculum Based
Learning means that individuals who do not satisfactorily complete any
stage of the prescribed learning courses cannot progress.
- Metrics based
approach - results indicate whether the student is a supportable
candidate
- Sponsored
learning - the commitment of the student is matched by the commitment
of the employer
- Written analysis
of performance -
students are forced to physically prepare for their career with
internalized learning, not multiple choice answers.
- Continuing
Professional Education - combines practical training with college and
state accredited learning
- Guaranteed
Performance - testing results are guaranteed - students who cannot
proceed are given a course of study that they can repeat until they
achieve competence.
- Campus
Environment - an off-site learning experience separates the student
from daily pressures
- Mentoring -
follow-up counseling provides the foundation for continued career
growth
- Selective
Enrollment - means that students network with high achieving peers
