Students report that a critical aspect of their success is the support and follow up they receive in completing the course requirements.  In most educational environments, students are given the information and left to their own devices. 

Mentoring, often referred to as coaching, is provided as part of the initial training program, but continues to be offered for as long as the student wishes.  In fact, most high level producers find that a third party support mechanism forces continued growth and achievement.  Our independent mentoring plan is based on performance metrics and is designed to meet the needs of four constituencies
