Courses are modular and progressive.  Students must successfully achieve completion benchmarks before progressing. 

Withdrawal, Failure, Completion

At any point, a student may withdraw from the curriculum.  The student may re-enter at the last level of successful completion.  The sponsor may not withdraw support unless the student has not successfully completed benchmarks.  Progress may be monitored by managers and participants via on-line Learning Management System (LMS).  Upon completion students receive a certificate and designation of CMLO from NARLO.
